In Memoriam.

So it's memorial day.

Today I woke up at 5:53, layed in bed for forever, put on a dash of makeup and went to the train station with Joshua. He so kindly carried (aka pulled) my luggage from the car to the train and loaded it, and I was off at 7:30 on the dot. Needless to say, it probably wasn't the best moment of my life, but I've survived.

I spent the weekend with the Calvert's in Redmond, WA. I really wish I had some pictures of more than Joshua and me. I will post some for your viewing please.

RECAP:
Friday: Train left on time and I was lucky enough to sit across (yes that means facing) from a lesbian couple. My train arrived a thousand hours late, I got the best hug of my entire life from Josh upon arrival. I was honored with the presence of the whole Calvert family and we drove home to party city. And I'm fairly certain we played ticket to ride and I lost. For the first time ever.

Satuday: Woke up much to early and had a delicious breakfast of pancakes (and Joshua) from heaven. Terri, Emma, Josh and I went to the Redmond Saturday Market and tried lots of locallygrown-pesticidefree-freerange-allnatural-willcurecancerbecauseit'snatural samples and looked at the super cute puppies running around. Emma, Josh, and I went to Old Navy to find some shorts for Josh and I ended up got the cutest clutch in the world and Josh didn't get any shorts. I was then treated to the wonderful Taco del Mar experience of a lifetime with some teriyaki chicken for dessert. Games, Chronicles of Narnia, reading, talking, eating, then some sleeping.

Sunday: Breakfast, a late shower, the church, a glimpse of the least trusting baby you'll ever meet, some meet-and-greet, botanical gardens, home for the MOST AMAZING DINNER EVER, Ticket to Ride (josh kicked some serious trash), The Last Holiday, a round of hugs and goodnights, and I'm back to Monday!

It was seriously SO much fun to be with the Calvert's. Thank you SO so much to Randy, Terri, Spencer, and Emma for sharing your home and Josh time with me. It was so sweet. Thank you!

Okay that's all. Almost.
I used run-on sentences.
Adam Calvert: You made this blog. That's you on the phone with Josh.
I picked a petal off a flower in the botanical gardens. Don't tell the garden police please.
Sorry if the text-to-picture ratio is too low, thanks for viewing anyway.

AND LASTLY!!
In Memoriam of Memorial Day.
