  so anyway

  I've seen him twice since school started, both times he never saw me

  today I saw him walk into the twilight part of the bookstore as I was leaving

3:07 PM so I turned around so i'd run into him

  he saw me and said hi, I said hi, end of conversation

  I'm on cloud 9

  then I go to the MARB where I think i lost my planner with lots of vital information

3:08 PM though apparently he hasn't been on it more than once

  I checked one classroom, then went to wait outside another classroom for it to get out

  I was sitting along the wall, studying microbiology when HE WALKS OVER TO ME AND SITS DOWN!!!!!

 me: "we never really met besides that once, and all i really know about you is that you make really good sandwiches and your name is KENDALL"\

3:10 PM me: then we talked and talked and talked for 10 minutes

 me: he's from seattle area

  then he helped me locate my planner in this classroom full of people because they hadn't gotten out of class yet

  HE FOUND IT

  and then we both had to go to class

 Natalie: ohmygosh

  i LOVE that story

Why can't I blog 2 days in a row? It's a problem, I know it. But at least I'm blogging more than once every 2 months. You should just be happy.

This was my first day at BYU and also the biggest blister I've ever had in my entire life. Chances are, if you know me at all, you know this blister. Cool, huh?

Alright world, I just want you to know why I haven't left the house but once in 7 days. 

That one time of leaving the house consisted of four girls and one dad trying to push the volvo up a snow covered mountain (hill). Thank you to the postman and that guy I knew from high school for stopping to help us.  Without your masculinity and strength we might be sleeping in a car on the side of the road.

I'm off to Seattle tomorrow! I can't wait. Happy Holidays! I love you all.

Confession number 30

Autumn is my favorite season.

Hands down.

I am so in love with the outside right now. I wish more than anything that I could be celebrating autumn on the East coast. The leaves are gorgeous, the weather is rainy and WONDERFUL, and it's not snowing. The weather is cold enough to wear sweaters (my favorite) but not so cold to curse winter and wearing a parka inside buildings. This is quite possibly the prettiest I have ever seen Utah. I luuuurve autumn.

Oh my.

Honestly, this blog is better than anything else you will read/write/speak/overhear today. My sister, Natalie, and the Blog of the Day.

Holy pictures. I wish I could post all 300 of the ones from NYC, but, sadly, some of them will never be seen by human eyes (other than my own and Nat's...probably).

First of all, this trip was AMAZING. A-M-A-Z-I-N-G. Amazing. G&G completely have outdone themselves with the amazing accommadations we had (as seen in the first two pictures of views from the hotel room).

The hotel was right in Times Square, the most magical place on Earth.

We (by we I mean myself) went everywhere on the Subway, first time I didn't even ride in a taxi. My dreams of riding in the Cash Cab are officially old news.

Someone, maybe Grandpa, told us to pretend like we were picking our noses? Mom saw this picture and said, "Kendall! It looks like you're faking!"

Sometimes on the arduous journey to the elevator from our room, we'd play "The Game". (video located here.)

One night we went to take pictures in the square. It was cold. Reeeeeally really cold.

Went to the NYC public library to attempt some jumping pictures and model shots, then looked in some Christmas windows because magically Christmas came to New York City one night.

Rachel, Natalie, and I got to see THE TYRA in real life! She kind of disappointed. Not as friendly and personable as Next Top Model and Tyra Show make her seem. I swear I'm not complaining though, I got a free T-Shirt. And I probably got on television.

As three sisters alone in NYC, we found it necessary to model sometimes.

On our last day in the City we walked on some of the Brooklyn Bridge. I would say we crossed it, but I don't think walking about a half mile onto it and then refusing to go more counts as "crossing". We did get quite far though, and Dad knows how to take a picture. Thank you Natalie for making me do this.

Soooo good. Visit to my favorite city on Earth didn't disappoint, and it was SO fun to take Rachel there and to be there with my BFF sisters. Boston blog coming up soon? Most definitely. I might blog about other stuff beforehand though...I kind of to blog again.

Home of the Work

I think my least favorite part of doing homework is the scrunching over to get close to the paper or book to study. I get a crick in my neck. Not fun. And I think I just used two words I've probably never used in my blog before: scrunching, and crick.

Doin' math hw waiting for LeeAnne to get out of class and we're gonna walk home together. Uhh maybe a Costco trip tonight with beaki, and hopefully to the Library tonight with Rachel. Oh I haven't seen Rachel in more than 24 hours and it's starting to feel kind of weird. Rachel? You do exist??

I spent the night with Alaina and it was extreeeeeemely relaxing. Alaina, thank you for housing me, I really enjoyed it. I've been so relaxed and not stressed today, even though I probably should get more stressed because I have three friggin' midterms that start on Friday and I need to go to GMA's this weekend. Well, maybe not need to, but there is no way I'm gonna stay home when I can go to Gma's and have some quality time with my favorite people on the planet.

Today was a gooooood day. Knoll time was absolutely great. I can't stop smiling. That's a good feeling, until it's going to be gone in a few hours because I'll start studying for Anatomy and be overwhelmed! GAH.

Nat, you need to come to Utah. I'm listening to the 'Wicked' Soundtrack and getting reeeeeally excited for seeing it and going to NYC. Can you imagine a better place in the world? I think maybe the Disney Cruise could be equivalent. It's probably one of those mood type of vacations. Laid back, sunny, and relaxing is Disney Cruise, fast paced, shopping, and independent city girl is the NYC route.

Still can't stop smiling.

Operation LOVELYPLACE

My life has been a little bit hectic, sorry about the no posting.
My computer is broken. I think it's poor little heart just couldn't handle the move back to Salt Lake and finally gave up the ghost. On Monday it was supposed to be fixed, but the new LCD screen just wouldn't cut it, so I am getting a new MOTHER BOARD and Keyboard. I love that I'm getting a new MOTHER BOARD, it kind of feels like I should be on a Sci-Fi show....waiting for the MotherShip.
Long story short, Dell Compy man has failed me twice and will be returning tomorrow morning hopefully to fix my baby.

Thank you Becki for letting me use your computer without knowing it. Thank you Rachel for minutes on your computer, as well. Also, a sincere thanks to GPA WOOD for letting me transfer money into my bank account. Awwww.

Today we did a trip to IKEA and it was splendid. I am so happy to be decorating my apartment like it's a real apartment. The upside of living in a somewhat old and dumpy place is that there are less stringent rules about wall hole poking, so there will be a plethora of decorations. Nat, we're just waiting for you to come and visit. I am in the process of trying to secure a staple gun and sewing machine for some OPERATION LOVELYPLACE activities. Alaina, you are my best hope. I love you.

Hm my feet hurt, I forget what it's like to actually walk everywhere. This whole living 4 blocks away from the very southern tip of campus is a bit tough. Of course I feel like a complete idiot actually admitting that, but somehow I'll suffice.

This is a rambling blog, but I hope I've entertained those of you who are interested in life. I'll post some pictures of the moving in mess later. Moving in mess=HUGE! Sami and LeeAnne move in tomorrow! I'm so happy that things are beginning to come together.

I really really need something to entertain me. I am experiencing a heightened sense of boredom as the monotony of my job becomes seemingly more and more pointless. I believe I am becoming brain dead from this work. It’s only 4 o’clock, I have one hour left to do this. I’m procrastinating because when I try to not pay attention to time it seems to move faster. Weird, huh?

Last night I watched Disturbia with Amanda. It was sosososoososooo good. Way better than the Alfred Hitchcock version. Can anyone remember what it’s called? Rear Window? Beaki? Anyway, I was scared out of my mind, but it was not the I’m going to have nightmares for the rest of my life scary, simply a “holy freakin crap!” kind of scary. Please don’t tell my dad I just said Freaking. (sorry dad, I love you and promise not to say it again)

I got a letter from The Greg. Next year is going to be weird with only a LeeAnne, and no greg attached. I, however, am looking forward to my LeeAnne time. We will have plenty of it when we go BABYSITTING together.

Hey everyone, I’m not going to die, I promise. I haven’t yet had another panic attack, so I think I’ll be okay until one of my roommates is mean to me (so don’t you dare be mean to me). NAT! I played that face off game and got to 5. Once. I am horrible at that, and I’m not brave enough to play more than a few seconds at a time. The fact that this internet is slowslowslow does not help this. I believe this might be the most ADD blog that I have written in a very long time, if not forever. This summer stuff has lost its’ luster and I’m ready to go back to school and have a purpose in my life.

Please be nice to me. This week is going to suck, as well as the next week until I return to BYU. No explanation on that now.

Okay guys, I'm blogging. For the next week (if I'm lucky) I have computer access during the work hours. However, I will be trying my hardest to stay away from the internet as I have some of the most boring and monotonous crap in the world to accomplish. Really though, I just wanted to let everyone know just how much I love the version of Microsoft that is on this brand new computer that I am working on. I think it's the business microsoft? Whatever it is, it's sublime. All the screens kind of fade out when you minimize, the little alarm noises are fancy and the automatic font on every program is Calibri, which just happens to be a very lovely looking font. I'm in love with this and I am considering thievery to get this little bit of magic in my own possesion. Or maybe I know what I want to spend my non-existent money on next.

Family reunion was the worst family reunion that I've been to, but that in no way means that it was horrible. Considering I really really look forward to these reunions every year and am never disappointed, a worst family reunion actually means it was enjoyable, just not my favorite. It was lonely not having Natalie, but Alaina and Adrie were very fun. Adrienne Sage makes me so happy, she's such a goofy little baby. Rachel and I are twins...I read the second Eragon book (Eldest) and re-fell in love with that series.


I am becoming excited beyond excited for school to start again. I am officially going to pursue dental hygienistry as my future career. I can't wait to live with Rach and Sami and LeeAnne and Beckers. Next year is going to be extremely FUN!

So anyway, I'm going to finish now. I hope I have satiated your appetite for more blog today, and later tonight or sometime I'm gonna post pictures of my darling niece and my hot sister cousins. BYYYYE

It really is quite depressing when only 3 people have updated their blog. Those who did blog were good updates (thank you natalie, alaina, and becki.) but just not sufficient for my Friday.

Hey! It's Friday! This means tonight I get to party like a rockstar with Amanda, tomorrow I might get to go to Saturday Market (high chances of not) and I will definitely get to go to Target. I love Target. I could spend a thousand dollars there and still not buy everything that I want to.

Today I decided that I need a haircut. I have very long hair, quite possibly the longest it's ever been. I, however, have decided that having stringy hair, even though it's pretty and long, is worse than having medium hair that looks nice. I want nice hair. Is that too much to ask for?

Hmmm that's pretty much it. I am starting to get a little excited to return to Probo and live with LeeAnne, Rach, Becki, and Sami. We're gonna have fun watching The Holiday, Music & Lyrics, No Reservations, and the Bratz movie.

(I had a short, nonfat hot chocolate no whip this morning at Starbucks. Sooo good.)

I really really miss Harry Potter. I hope mom finishes soon so I can re-read and be re-obsessed.

To start a day!

After watching the John Krasinski clip on Nat's blog, I was inspired to do some of my own YouTube shopping.
I love Heroes.

I think I got a Concussion.

Guys, today it shlaeiled.

Yes. That is Sleet, hail, and rain all in one world.
But seriously, I walked out of the library into torrential shlaeil(< that looks like arabic). I was one of the lucky ones who actually wore a little jacket today so I didn't get sopping wet on my five minute walk home, but it was amazing! I love the smell of Utah rain, it's just so good. Oregon rain doesn't smell like SouthWestern rain, it just doesn't. But anyway, those raindrops were falling soooo fast, and soooo hard. I really couldn't tell if it was ice or not, but I think it was water for the most part. Thus, the shlaeil.

I'm really happy that Natalie updated her blog, and that Mallory is on a consistent basis. Way to go family! Mom needs to get a blog please. Aaaaand eight days until I go home, so hopefully 6 days until I finish all my finals. Oh joy oh joy.

Travelocity

This weekend was possibly the funnest (most fun) weekend to occur since the beginning of collegiate time. Dear Becki, Kendall, and Rachel rode the bus and then TRAX (notice no 'the') to see our favorite SLC living sister, Natalie. We met a cute boy on the bus who proceeded to talk to us about his friend's love life and ask our advice.

TIME: 5:20
PLACE: 2100 St TRAX exit
We got off the bus and browsed through Circuit City, waiting for Natalie to come pick us up, and I bought the world's best ring to give to my natalie.

REST OF STORY:
The point of this is not to be annoying, just somehow convey the fun weekend we had. Sure, it was full of lots of money spending and time wasting, but it was all GOOD time wasting. The mall, Target, Chevron's largest drinks, Sixteen Candles, and the biggest cinnamon roll recipe that was ever invented. The evening was littered with "Boooo"s and "Sad day"s but ultimately ended in fantasicism.

The purpose of this blog is a shout out to Natalia, and a thank you for her generosity and gas money. And to becki, the newest member of the Williams family (yes after madeline) and to make sure everyone who wasn't with us is jealous.
