I knew I came home for a reason

Fact:
Oregon has a lower elevation than Utah.

Fact:
It is easier to run in Oregon than in Utah.

I ran today for the first time since I got home. It was not as bad as I expected, I even ran a mile without stopping! I haven't done that since September. This whole running and losing weight thing makes me a bit depressed, it's all too hard. I don't know how you do it, Nat. I'd have given up about nine years ago. More power to you! Yeah that was dumb. I'm going to lay down now....I'm having troubles walking and typing.

Good for you!!!

The first mile is the hardest, I PROMISE.

To be truthful, I can't believe I've run 10 either. And considering I haven't been to the gym due to Mystery Illness 2007 in three weeks... we're probably at about the same place.

Let's help keep each other motivated huh?
